Drawings

Drawing is the basis of my artwork; I’ve kept sketchbooks since my teens to record ideas, develop shapes and images or simply for the love of capturing an immediate idea. I have a pencil for every occasion – each one makes different tones and marks, and even in the greys I see a vast array of sparkling colours. There are a range of drawings here in my studio so do make an appointment to visit, or we can send images. In the meantime, as I used to say to my students….get drawing….you’ll be amazed where it leads you!
